reunion

Started Friday.  Here is our kiddie table!  Look at my cute little niece and great nephew!

Sammy & another great nephew working on a puzzle.

We played games....candy bar game.  Thanks Beth Anne!

Played BINGO.  Everyone brought stuff from home to give away as prizes.  Here is what Sammy won.

Here is my youngest great nephew.  He is SO cute!  I miss kissing on him!

We celebrated mom & dad's 50th anniversary with a little dinner, program and activities.  It was wonderful to celebrate that with them.  I hope my kids remember it forever.  Kevin remembers celebrating his grandparents.

All the grand kids and great grandchildren sang a song.

My nephew who is leaving on a mission in September to Guatemala holding that cute great nephew that I loved kissing on !

Made cotton candy.  WAY worth the $39!!

Played more games....throwing footballs thru.  Each hole had points associated with it.  You can't really see those.

Wrapped people in tp like mummies.

g-pa and Comptyn wrapped Sammy.  Recognize the nose?

It's not a Lords' get together without some basketball!

We had a picnic in the park and then went swimming.

My other great nephew.

Slide at the pool that SOME of my nephews would not go down!  (You know who you are!) :-)
Josh is done swimming.  Here he is sporting a beach towel with matching socks and tennis shoes.

Played some Kubb.  If you haven't heard of Kubb....google it!  It's fun!

How many balloons can each team get into the laundry basket?  Then sword fights afterwards.

We had a great time!  We had pictures taken as this is probably the last time everyone will ever be together again.   Shawn leaves on his mission in September and he is the start of 13 Elders in a row.  Then maybe a few sister missionaries and then on the great grandsons!

Sunday we got to go get a tour of the Reno temple and then sit in the sealing room and be instructed by Kevin's parents.  We were able to ask questions and everything.  It was amazing!  It was the highlight of the weekend for me.  I learned so much!

Anyhow, it was fun!  LOTS of work, but LOTS of fun!  Now we are preparing for a week of camping.

Sounds like a wonderful reunion. I did google kubb, but I think you'll have to explain it to me...
