Nathan-ism

So Nathan's turn to set table for breakfast.....right in teh middle of doing it he yells:

N-"MOM! Have to go to the bathroom...LITERALLY!"

I have been pondering all morning what the figurative way to go to the bathroom is?

Any ideas?
